Lisa is amazing! I did many sessions of Neurofeedback over a two-year period in hopes of treating lifelong anxiety and depression. Also sought nutritional/lifestyle guidance for some newer, unexplained neurological symptoms. She suggested gene testing through my doctor, which revealed the right form of B-12 my body needs—this alone was life changing. Neurofeedback sparked major healing, nervous system regulation and a level of awareness I didn't have before. If you're on the fence about it, just go for it- I promise it's worth it! Thank you Lisa. 💞🫶We have all the power! 👊

My dad was referred to Lisa by his doctor. He had significant hearing loss and wore hearing aids for many years, he started having problems with hearing voices. We went to the ENT for his yearly check up and hearing test, we discussed the problem with the doctor and he stated that this was a common problem with people who have significant hearing loss. He stated that some of his patient’s hear sermons, music and voices, he stated that what dad was experiencing is called auditory hallucinations. This problem coincided with the passing of my sweet mom, her and dad were married 68 years when she passed. Dad began to see a psychiatrist for this problem, it was becoming increasingly difficult for him and interfering with his quality of life and sleep. They tried many different medications but they were not helpful and with medications sometimes side effects can problematic. The doctor referred dad to Lisa @ Health in Your Hands and dad started doing neurofeedback treatments. These sessions really helped quiet all the noise down in dad’s head and he was able to just live his life in peace without all this torment and get the sleep he needed. As dad’s health declined, Lisa offered to come to his house and do the sessions there. Dad saw Lisa off and on for about five years before he passed. She always took her time with dad and never ever rushed him, she was always empathetic and supportive. She is the most caring, compassionate and kind person, so much so that she came to dad’s funeral and supported our family, it meant a great deal. We are so grateful for Lisa and we love sweet Finn!!!
