While a car accident may not seem like a need for seeking therapy, it was indeed something that benefited me greatly! I had anxiety about driving again, and reached out, got an answer back immediately about scheduling a session. I learned coping techniques that I had no idea existed! Wonderful setting and soothing atmosphere. Jen is a great counselor and really gets to know you. Don't be afraid to reach out, you won't regret it!

Everyone here has been wonderful and always friendly. Jennifer has been absolutely perfect for me. She really understands what I need and has never once made me feel like she judged me. I have never been one to ‘talk’ about things but she has put me at ease and made me realize that I do have things to be thankful for. Thank you so much! I strongly recommend Harris Hill Counseling and Coaching to anyone that needs to ‘talk’ things through!
