Dr. Landis is intelligent, kind and has a deep understanding of the pressures on athletes and used-to-be athletes. I would recommend her to anyone looking for sports performance psychology or help with eating disorders- got both? She can handle it and help you!

Dr. Landis is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of sports psych- from performance to pathology. She has a special focus with athletes struggling with disordered eating which is a challenging path for athletes and clinicians to navigate. As a former athlete herself, she has unique insight to the mental health of competition. As a Sports Medicine physician, I will be referring patients to her!
