Michael McLeod delivered an outstanding professional development experience for the staff of the Gratiot-Isabella RESD. His depth of knowledge regarding ADHD and Executive Functioning, combined with his dynamic and engaging presentation style, made the day exceptionally impactful. Michael has a rare ability to take complex neurological and behavioral research and translate it into clear, practical strategies that educators can implement immediately. His real-world examples, student-centered approach, and ability to connect with participants kept our staff fully engaged from start to finish. he presenter, Mike McLeod, has been incredibly helpful in deepening our understanding of how today’s technology impacts brain development in certain young individuals. More importantly, he is passionate about techniques that support individuals with executive functioning challenges—an area where many of our high school students struggle. Mr. McLeod’s presentations are both rigorous and highly engaging.
