I am a therapist that sees a therapist, and I have seen several in my life. Brecon is an amazing therapist and her space is cozy and warm. I really appreciate that Brecon it takes a person centered approach, is very insightful, and has helped me break down and do deeper work through some of my old traumas that are still barriers in my life, even if I’ve already worked on them with other therapists. If you’re looking for somebody who is warm, thoughtful, considerate, but will also call you out on some things, then she is sure to be a great fit!
