Dr. Petrosino is amazing. He is kind, patient-forward, and provides trauma-informed care. His bedside manner is wonderful. Plus he helps to brainstorm best strategies to keep medication prescriptions at a low cost! The practice is upfront about pricing and has reasonable follow up. I never feel like I am being used for medical billing, but rather am treated as a person.

The provider I was seeing is great. The billing-office-provider-service they used tried to bill me ~$800 for what should have been four $20 copays. They were nearly impossible to get in contact with while resolving this, and it took several months and my insurance company having someone call them to remind them that they had agreed to be in-network for that to be fixed. Still looking to get some clarifying documentation from them (requested a month ago) so I can pay those copays and be done with it. All around a really disappointing downwards ride after having a few great appointments with a really thoughtful and kind doctor.
