This practice is very unresponsive and untimely. Requesting refills every month is always a long process, and my requests through the portal are never approved unless I call. I often ask my pharmacy to contact them, to which they are also unresponsive. I enjoyed working with my practitioner, Dhruvi Patel and wish I could see her outside the practice. The overall organization management is very bad. I saw a therapist, Kaleesa Turner, for a few sessions, but became frustrated when I heard text messages being sent from her computer during our virtual sessions. I switched over to a different practice.

My experience with GPW psychiatry has been pleasant and professional right from the start. I have been with them for a little over a year now, and if I hadn't found out about them I would easily have remained incorrectly diagnosed and on the wrong meds. Thank you!
