I’ve been attending therapy with Edie for the past 8 years and it’s been one of the most transformative parts of my life. Over the years she has helped me come out of my shell, build a stronger relationship with myself and truly understand the importance of self care and self love. Even in the most challenging sessions, I’ve always felt supported by her deep compassion and understanding. I had tried other forms of therapy before, but I didn’t see results and eventually gave up on the idea completely. Finding Edie at Gova Counseling changed that, therapy has since become a consistent source of growth and encouragement for me. The best thing about this team is that everyone you meet is genuinely friendly. Even as technology evolved and COVID took away face-to-face interactions for a while, the human connection at Gova Counseling never disappeared.
