I had an appointment for over a week but they waited til the day of the appointment to send me 10 pages paperwork to fill out, which I am currently unable to do because I am at work. They rescheduled my appointment, but did not tell me it was going to be with a different provider. I cancelled completely after that. How do you send someone paperwork the day of the appointment? And why so much? Are they assessments? So that the provider doesn’t have to do much in session perhaps? What ever happened to the initial intake session being the time when you answer questions asked by the provider, instead of them just analyzing scores?

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience has been. I came into therapy not expecting much as I’ve seen others. Ms.Galit has changed my entire life. Perspective changes, how to balance moods and thoughts, and it’s only the beginning. All of the receptionists are friendly and call back and send alerts for all of my appointments. I also see Ms. Olga as my psychiatrist and she is also another pleasure to be able to work with and get help that I’ve been needing for a long time. The whole team is absolutely incredible.
