My Psychiatrist, Uwaysor at Gladstone is excellent, professional, customer service oriented, and show care for her patients. I am so glad that I have the psychiatrist that I do. Keep up the excellent work

I had a terrible experience specifically with the billing office. I had one brief video consultation and did not receive a bill until over a year later, when it emerged that my insurance had denied the claim due to being unable to identify the payer, and I am now being charged $230. It is now past the timely filing deadline and the billing office is saying they are not sure if there is anything they can do to stop the debt collections process. They are not at all communicative or interested in patients having a good experience.
