I considered myself an already decent manifestor of what I wanted in life, but I recognized I didn’t exactly know the steps in how I've done it. So I thought what if I invested in myself to learn how to consciously manifest?! And with this thought, I was guided to Sterling Mire! And when I say guided, I truly mean it — I didn’t research manifestation courses or coaches... And this is how conscious manifestation works! It becomes physically effortless. Choosing Sterling to be my coach has been one of the most profound conscious choices I’ve made in my 20+ years of working on myself. The work Sterling has taught me has been bits and pieces I’ve gathered over these many years, put into a succinct process. Additionally, Sterling has made me aware of blocks I never read or heard others talk about. What I’m doing now feels like she and I are 1000% deep in it together. Sterling shows up, keeps it real, and holds me accountable in the most gentle and supportive ways. In the almost-four months I’ve been working with Sterling one on one, I got a significant raise at work (one that I asked for a year ago, and was promised but didn’t seem to be crystallizing with my persistent “follow-ups” with my boss), “met” my soulmate (via rekindling of a longterm relationship), deepened the trust in my relationship with my preteen, shifted the formerly-biased trajectory of an ongoing litigation to be one of fairness/common sense, and landed a dream design project at my current job. None of this required me to seek out nor attract any “new” places or meet “new” people. However, it is new and feels new...all of this has been in front of me…in my field, and I’m only now experiencing it on a higher plane! The most profound changes I’ve experienced is not even the outcomes I mentioned, but in how I feel about myself and my life - not just in stillness but in every waking busy moment of my jam-packed days. The anxiety I used to wake up with and work so hard to alleviate doesn’t exist anymore. That in itself is a huge success, and something I wasn’t even expecting out of this work. I know this is just the very beginning. I’m so excited and grateful to go deeper and master this work, and allow my external reality to reflect my inner reality!
