Crystal is amazing to work with! I was a bit nervous about finding a new counselor when moving to the area after I had been seeing the same person for over two years, but the transition here has been amazing. The process of coming here as a new client was very easy, and (re)scheduling has never been an issue for me. Additionally, billing has handled everything to do with insurance since I filled out the initial paperwork which alleviates a lot of my own personal worries, and I haven’t encountered any issues on that end since starting here. Maybe a niche thing, but I actually really love the mobile check-in process! My previous counseling office would often have a busy waiting room, and the opportunity to distance myself from that sort of busy/chaotic environment prior to my sessions is very nice. Definitely have enjoyed coming here the past few months and especially working with Crystal! :)

Honestly the therapist was great. The company on the other hand is horrible. Their billing department is a mess they expect you to give 48hr notice about appointments but sometimes you don’t know you have sickness or emergencies until after that. And as a single mother the $150 charges because me and my kid were sick and couldn’t make the appointment is outrageous sometimes we can’t make it to the doctor for a note either and they want you to bring one if you miss an appointment. The company does more harm than good and all they honestly care about is the money. I highly recommend choosing a different company!
