Gardenia Cove got my referral from the VA and reached out to confirm a name change and then never scheduled an appointment for me. Previously I was dropped from them as a client for therapy due to insurance. I had previously gone back for medication and they filled the script incorrectly and at the wrong pharmacy.

So beyond frustrated with Gardenia Cove!!! My husband and I regularly saw a therapist here and in the beginning that went well enough. There were several cancelled appointments during the year that we saw our therapist, but we understand that things come up. In October, we were called on the day of our appointment to be informed that our therapist wasn’t taking patients for the rest of the year and that we’d have to schedule with someone else. Ok, fine. That’s inconvenient and it sucks to try to establish yourself again with a new therapist, but employees there deserve time off too. We rescheduled with a different therapist. The DAY OF that appointment we were called that morning and informed that that therapist was leaving and we’d have to schedule with someone else, so we did. The DAY OF the rescheduled appointment with the second new therapist we were called and told they’d have to reschedule our appointment, so frustrated we did that again. Today, the DAY OF our fourth rescheduled appointment, they called and did it AGAIN!!! Get it together Gardenia Cove!!! That is terrible business! Additionally, I have tried twice to become a new patient and have filled out new patient paperwork and I can never get scheduled in with anyone. There are clearly some issues with this business and it shows! I will certainly be seeking help elsewhere.
