I seen Katie for the first time on Friday, and when I tell you I finally felt HEARD for the first time in MONTHS! I am genuinely looking forward to seeing her in the future. I’ve been to at least 3 different psychiatrists in the past 3-4 months, and none of them would listen to me. It’s been such a struggle finding someone who genuinely cares & understands. Thank you so much Katie, and I’m excited for my future as your patient!

Typically I do not even leave reviews as I find them to be altered to fit needs based on other motives rather than pure honesty. Today I have to share my personal experience because up until recently my days have been so challenging for me. I know that there is a human being out there right now that is sitting in their home doing the same thing that I was doing months ago 😢 feeling hopeless, feeling lost, feeling like no one listens, feeling like there's no light at the end of their tunnel scared to death to even make the next move. That is exactly why I am writing this. At a very young age I started a downward Depression, PTSD, aniexty, the worst panic attacks ever I could go on and on. Nomatter what I did I found myself always in a bad spot mentally then came a point I felt my healthcare providers were not even listening or trying to help basically just picking some form of medicine and sending me on my way . I was made to feel everything about me was a bother by simply opening my mouth to speak of my issues, my traumas, the medicines that were not working. All of this led to many years of silently suffering 😭 If you are reading my review then it isn't by mistake. This is the universe pulling you into a place of hope, a place to move forward so that you can actually start to breathe again. I personally cannot praise Katie Norris at Full Circle Psychiatry enough for the exceptional care, her ability to point out and listen, she is passionate, and most importantly she is real. One of the first things I noticed while searching the web endlessly was her appearance before even reading the first review how authentic she appeared to me . Some of the things she said in her bio touched the very core of my heart. As a individual it can be difficult to speak of things we spent so much time burying deep within our souls. I have had 35 plus years of running from myself and my demons. Felt like I have tried everything under the sun. Y'all the ambiance walking into her office is so inviting it is unmatched. Dr. Norris is easy to talk too. I didn't feel rushed. She actually wanted to continue to listen and even took a moment to let me know that even tho she was typing she was still listening and taking everything in I was saying along with even being able to relate to me on some levels which I do not believe I have ever experienced with the person evaluating my situation. I walked out of her office for the first time in my life and felt heard . I didn't feel like I was a lost cause. I felt confident in the decisions that she was making to help me succeed forward even allowing me to be part of that decision making. My children and my close family have started to notice a significant difference in just the past 2 months. These movements by no means are going to happen overnight but with consistency, structure, time and most importantly with you honestly letting her in which I assure you, you will do if you take the step I did. I am at the very start of my journey and already feel some relief. If you're out there struggling you don't have to wait as long as I did. I wake up every single morning without any fear of facing my day because I know that I have Dr. Norris is in my corner and she's going to help pull me out of whatever hole I try to climb down in. You are incredible Dr Norris and an absolutely incredible human being. Thank you sm . I could never recommend you enough!! I could never give back anything close to what you have given me inside . Hero's don't always wear capes your living proof of that ❤️
