Deanne has truly saved my life. I've been working with her for 10+ years and can honestly say she is a top provider in the community. I always feel heard, I have a say in my treatment, and she doesn't push for the newest medication. She takes my opinions, financial situation, and symptoms into consideration before making any drastic changes. The billing dept and their inconsistency has been an issue in the past, but I believe it has been resolved. I've followed Deanne through a few different locations now, as she is simply the best.

Deanne is wonderful, and for me she’s a godsend. I’ve been her patient for over 20 yrs and honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. You couldn’t ask for a better person to trust with your mental health. That being said, I’m not crazy about there being a lack of anyone covering the front office or available to take in person payments. What ends up happening is having a larger balance and no one available to take your payment while you’re there for your appointment. And trying to get someone on the phone to take your payment by phone is truly impossible. Sincerely, Lynette Markey
