Lindsey worked her magic to help me realize I needed to leap out of my comfort zone - a job of 11 years with great pay and benefits but little room to meet my professional goals - and leap into creating my own consulting practice. She held the emotional space (huge!) and offered the practical know-how on how to make this transition while helping me stay true to myself.

I worked with Lindsey Lathrop-Ryan on my Personal Training business. I've been training for 7 years and within 3 months Lindsey and I had a professional website up and running. She worked with me to create actionable tasks each week and I felt empowered to grow my business for the first time in years! Through the process I rediscovered my love for writing while working on blogs for the website. As a female entrepreneur I sometimes lacked confidence in my ability to do more and Lindsey helped me feel like I could and deserved to be successful.
