If you are looking for mental health help and services go here!!! From the bottom of my heart they are amazing! Especially for anyone who is on health insurance through the government like Medicaid Managed Care, CDPHP types of insurance they do except many insurances, but they don’t give any less of themselves just because you’re affiliated with Medicaid or Medicare! Meaning they still give you the same amazing level of care and attention that they would give to somebody who has private insurance, no insurance, or an HMO. The office is clean and inviting. The staff are so chill and friendly and so personable. They treat you like you’re not just another caseload or another insurance claim to file with billing. This is the first time in my entire life that I have felt like a person who is being heard and cared about. Honestly, MaryRose Coughlin is the best! So if you’re looking for a new mental health provider, don’t go anywhere else!!! They are worth the little bit of time & effort it takes to go on their website or call their office or to send an email asking for an intake! Believe me, I’ve tried numerous other places, and they all ended the same way a low level of care and compassion for the low income… that won’t happen here! They care they want to help and they are the most compassionate caring group I’ve ever met and been to in my entire 20+ years of looking for good help!!! So a big thanks to everyone @ freedom first just for simply being you! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🥰

I was beyond impressed with the entire process. We had tried another local office prior to here and they just didn't listen or seem to care at all, not the case at all with freedom first!!!! I felt heard. They actually took time with our 5 year old. We now have a proper diagnosis and can finally get him the assistance he needs for autism!!!! The wait time can be long when your wanting answers however that is unfortunately the case with any evaluations right now. I know first hand how hard that can be when you want to help your child now! It was well worth the wait.
