Sonya’s group session was amazing. I honestly did not expect to enjoy a team building exercise as much as I did, but it ended up being a really fun and meaningful experience. I learned things about coworkers I have worked with for years and never knew. It felt genuine, not forced or awkward. After the session we scanned the QR code and ended up listening to the podcast on Spotify all the way home. I would definitely recommend this for any team that wants to connect better and actually enjoy the process.
