Life is hard and it’s ok to stop and ask for help. Frame of Mind helps you navigate the good days and the bad ones too. Jarek and the staff are the most kind, caring people you will ever meet. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and at ease. I can not say enough good things about Jayson Agaton, NP. He truly listens to you, validates your feelings, acknowledges your struggles and gives you the tools and support to help you on your mental health journey. Frame of Mind gives you a safe place to work on you and to feel better.

I have been coming to the clinic for a few months with a family member. We are so grateful for everyone here at Frame of Mind for the kindness, compassion, sincerity, and a level of respect that is given to everyone coming through the door. Everyone matters here and is treated like a special guest at a spa regardless of their background, diagnosis, appearance, income, or insurance. All the staff here is professionally, friendly and discreet from the front office staff to the psychiatrists and therapists as well as Jarek, their Director. My family member loves coming here to receive the much needed help and it’s such a relief ss for years it was not the case. It has changed his life for the better. Please don’t hesitate to give these guys a call and if you or your loved one hesitates, this place is like a warm hug and make you feel like you matter and not like you’re not good enough or something is wrong with you . So different from other mental health places we have experienced I only wish and hope that more clinics like Frame of Mind will start opening to help with our society’s mental health needs to make our lives better, healthier, and happier …
