Forward Healing Therapy offers such a thoughtful and compassionate approach to care. As someone whose work also centers around helping clients feel whole and confident, I really admire the way Lilly supports people through their mental health journeys. She creates a welcoming space that encourages healing on a deeper level, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares for her clients.

Lilly is a fantastic therapist! With her incredible knowledge base around trauma and how heavy that work can be, she never loses her sense of humor and authentic warmth. She is very easy to connect with and meets people where they are at while being able to motivate and help people meet their goals!
