Updated: 10/28/2025 - Insurance has everything processed, and it’s been in their hands for months now. Technically with the company THEY hired to handle refunds. Almost a full year later and I still have not seen the money they owe me. Over a thousand dollars they have, at this point, stolen from me! Update: 7/1/2025 - Received the small refund I was owed, still waiting for the rest of the money I am owed. Updated - 5/31/2025 - Still no refund, and instead of making the situation right like a reputable company they sent a letter informing they will no longer provide services to my son. Not a company I would ever recommend at this point. If Google could let me give a zero star review I would give zero. Back in November 2024, I received services from this provider who is contracted with my insurance. Despite this, they refused to accept my insurance at the time, so I paid out-of-pocket. My insurance company later confirmed they do, in fact, cover this provider and have since paid them for the service. According to my insurance, the provider is now obligated to refund me the amount I paid. However, the provider is refusing to issue a refund. After months of follow-up attempts—both by me and my wife (calls were made but not answered, and we didn’t leave voicemails)—we were finally told today, in April, that we are “on a refund list.” This was never communicated to us until after I left a negative review. A day after posting that review, I received an update from my insurance provider. They informed me that the provider is now refusing to submit the claims directly to them, and that the issue has been escalated to their network team. A refund should not take this long to process. If the list of pending refunds is so extensive that patients are waiting months, it’s clear there are systemic issues that need to be resolved. It has now been over five months. I’ve made every effort to address this through the proper channels, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and basic communication from this provider is completely unacceptable. I simply want the refund I am rightfully owed.

I have sort of a mixed review. Overall, yes they did their job but a lot of aspects could have been better. The positives: I do believe they were diligent in helping us assess the reason why my children where struggling in school. Everyone we worked with was also nice and respectful. The negatives: Like others have mentioned, to just get an appointment took months and months. I could not get my children the help they needed until the assessment was done. It literally took an entire school year waiting for their assessments. Also, even with insurance it was very pricey. They wanted us to come back 6 months later to see if the measures put in place after their assessments were working. I cancelled those appointments though because they expected us to pay hundreds again to check if THEIR assessments were right. Sorry but I don't think that should've been a cost put on us. I'm not sure I would recommend them but if they are your only option like it was for my family, I would give it a try.
