In my experience, the ADHD help was great however, anything outside of that realm I feel there are better options for

I struggled writing this review because Dr. Fernandez is fantastic. She's personable, engaging and really knows her stuff. I thought we had found the exact right person to help our family and felt so good about our first two appointments for diagnostic testing. She was so very astute and observant when working with my son. She clued into things that most people would not. But something is up with the practice. We had spotty communication around our appointments, but the appointments were always kept until the last appointment where we were to discuss a possible diagnosis. I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment to a locked office. At our appointment time, Dr. Fernandez's assistant sent an appointment cancellation. I told her that we'd be happy to reschedule, do telehealth, or even e-mail. She said she would look into it. I checked in every week for the next month, with no response except that she would "look into it." I then realized that for whatever reason, this final appointment was just not going to happen, and we needed to move on. I then requested a copy of my son's medical records and test results so we could take them to another practitioner. This request was denied. I did receive partial (50%) refund for the money we had spent, but I have to be honest that I don't care about the money. We very much wanted Dr. Fernandez's expert opinion so we could help our son in the right ways. We started this process six months ago. Today, we have no answers and have to start from scratch again with diagnostic testing for my son. I wanted to share our experience to help any other parents in our situation.
