My experience with this office has been nothing but amazing. The new doctor 👨🏻⚕️ was very empathetic and helpful. He listened and asked all the right questions. He did not make me feel ashamed but did nothing but reassure me that I made a responsible decision. He even provided great encouragement and feedback. I don’t know about what others experienced from looking at the reviews but as someone that has worked in Mental Health for over 20 years leading groups, working as a lead tech and helping with treatment plans with the psychiatrists, I am able to get sense if the care is honest or not. Though this is my first day I will continue to provide an update on my journey and treatment here.

AVOID THIS PLACE... Multiple issues here. For some one truly looking for help DO NOT come here. They can care less about the patient and more about your credit car being swiped. Issues Me personally that I had. 1. Focused on payments only, but is extremely sloppy with submitting the prescription. It happened to me three times and each time I was blamed for their stupidity. Oh i'm sorry mybad, perhaps your payment didnt go through? Huh? I PAID A YEAR IN ADVANCE. They dont care about the patient. 2. Trying to change your medication because it doesnt work or the combination doesnt work. Their response? Well we dont think going that route is beneficial to you based on case studies. Wow so you base my health care off case studies instead of what actually works. Reality check if your in medicine, its never a perfect science. Any one with an actual medical degree will account for that. Time and time again I went around and around with wanting to try different things. Nope sorry. 3.Discussing the progress or difficulties with the provider. No one cared. Your in the health care business, I understand its still a business but its focus should be the patients NOT YOUR POCKETS. Especially when your making stupid mistakes and still charging people for a service that YOU ARE NOT providing. I still have multiple texts on my phone of me arguing with them to try different combinations to see what works and them declining to put forth any effort in my health. Point Blank, If you have no desire to care for a patient, DONT BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. Two years I gave you a chance over and over you consistently let me down in every aspect. BUT GOT MY MONEY FOR DAMN SURE. And I say that again because in almost every conversation payment was brought up even though i'd pre paid for a whole year.
