Katie Cooley is a fantastic therapist, I could not recommend her enough. It can be difficult to trust a therapist outright, but Katie’s passion for what she does and extensive knowledge made me comfortable with her from the start. She has helped me make significant progress with my mental health and better understand myself.

My son was struggling with the mental aspects of being an athlete and after years of watching him feel defeated, I reached out to Focus Therapy & Performance Coaching. There are not enough words to say how amazing Tim is. He has taken the time to get to know my son and his struggles and provided insightful strategies that transfer seamlessly from athlete to daily living. My son is in a much better place mentally, which has increased his self confidence and his self awareness. My son is comfortable speaking with Tim and often asks when is his next session. I appreciate the communication about his sessions and also appreciate the frequent check in's. As a parent this was the one of the best decisions I have ever made to support my son.
