It is easy to be blind to the way you handle yourself with others. It is too easy to react emotionally if you are not more self-aware and spend time working deliberately on yourself. Working with Kirsten for the past months has helped me develop more awareness and empathy for others while also learning how to better hold expectations for my team. I've developed a deeper relationship with my team. I highly recommend Kirsten Ross. I'm grateful for the opportunity to grow personally and professionally from our engagement.

Kirsten has provided our leadership team with a great framework that has improved our processes and communication, delivering concrete results.
