This is actually my second review. After the first one they called to remove it and tried to make things better but unfortunately they were worse. The receptionist does not do her job. She will constantly tell you she is checking up on things and will get back to you and she NEVER does. I spent over $1000 there for them to give 3 tests to my daughter. They concluded she didn't have ADHD, that bad...? (She has tested positive for adhd twice in the past)...however, they wanted me to have a genetic test done to determine which medications to give her. They wanted to refer me to a geneticist because of a gene mutation, but after almost 4 weeks of going back-and-forth with them, the genetics office, and Dr. Duthler's other office it was rejected. I then wanted to look further into her gene mutation with more bloodwork and her labs were ordered wrong which they ultimately lied about after speaking to the lab. They also got lost somehow and sent to his other office (like the referral did) which I had to dig to find out. Then Dr. Duthler called and basically said we are done with her and you have to find a different office to deal with her...confused why they wanted us to spend another $250 on a gene test when they weren't planning on helping her anyway? Just a very unorganized office and Dr. Duthler is arrogant. Oh and they won't respond to your portal messages ever so don't even try.

Dr. Micah Foster is an amazingly compassionate, down to earth, and comedic doctor that passes all the vibe checks. He has a good soul and truly cares and helps his patients. The whole staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure your day is a great day. Appreciate y'all very much!
