I do not trust their billing department. They reached out a year after an appointment claiming I owed them money. They could not answer for why they had never notified me about it before and no billing receipts show up in the portal. They are highly un-organized and I have never been asked for money a year after an appointment before.

I don't know what is going on with this office, but TWICE just this year I have had my providers leave the office - once without warning and without contacting me. With the first, I only found out when my medication wasn't refilled, and it was such a pain getting in contact with them as I was cluelessly messaging my provider and not the office. With this recent one I realized it might be a pattern... if you're looking for continuity of care, this may not be the right office. It is a waste of my money and time to be billed for two whole sessions I will now spend at least partially explaining my medical history to my provider. This is not to mention I feel I have been consistently overcharged (I signed an agreement that said $200) and they have been billing my insurance for over $350. I asked if I could bill without insurance so I could just pay the $200 and they wouldn't or couldn't arrange it.
