The clinician I work with at Evolve Psychotherapy makes me feel so comfortable and I feel like I can talk to her about anything, which is important in this field. She has helped me through different life situations as well as general anxiety and given me strategies to move forward.

I’ve really enjoyed my time working with Rachael. She is warm, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. In our brief time together, she has helped me understand myself in new ways and taught me skills to be a better version of myself. Therapy is not always easy, but Rachael makes it so worth it!
