The front desk have showed me nothing but the bare minimum . They are rude, fake, and greedy. All they want is money. And if you don’t have money or insurance. They will treat you like your a problem/ nuisance. Absolutely terrible communication and service. They act like you’re bothering them and provide no help whatsoever. They don’t answer calls. And they don’t leave voicemails if you miss a call. So good luck trying to get to talk to someone that cares even the slightest. This place will leave you feeling dismissed, discouraged, and hopeless when it comes to getting some PROFESSIONAL help with mental health. Very unprofessional. There is no excuse or reason at all for them to treat clients the way I was treated. Will NOT be continuing service with this place. And hope those that work here and are no help in this industry, like the front desk. Find a different profession. Terrible communication and lack of compassion for others. Insincere and lazy. Do better. From the looks of others accounts/experiences. I’m not the only one. This place is going terribly since they moved to Springfield and even before then. All they want is your money. Do not recommend to anyone struggling with mental/psychiatric health. This place needs a real big change. Or maybe a shakedown done by the BBB and OCR or DHSS. HIPPA exists for places like this. I felt scammed instantly compared to past experiences. It's all about money not care. When I actually stepped away from careful observation of their practice and asked for help refilling my script a couple days early because I had accidentally left my remaining medication in st louis at my family members house they made a big deal out of it despite nearly a year of expensive appts and UA's everytime and no issues on my end they were unwilling to help me. They only return my calls after a couple days. I am in disbelief at this experience. I went from doing the best I had done in years to suffering a setback and they couldn't care less.
