Billing is a headache and complete mess! I have no idea what happened to this office or general communication to patients but it’s unacceptable to hit people with bills over six months after the service dates when the expectation was that patients needed to pay at the time of service and have two cards on file if using an HSA bank card. Everything is outsourced now when you call in and I left back when my provider left and to be notified so much later of large balances due is really an unacceptable business practice and hard for people with fixed income to make room when they understood the bill to have been paid months ago.

Billing is a mess, any good providers I saw have left, and all admin appears to be outsourced. I received a billing statement almost a year and a half after an appointment. You're better off going elsewhere.
