Enjoyco Counseling

I worked with Denny Mihalek for about 5 months. The service was fine until we ran into some billing issues. I communicated with Denny that I would not be available after Christmas until a time in January. I was kept on the schedule for 2 appointments after Christmas that I was unaware of. As the new year came I checked in with Denny to get back on the schedule for the 9th. At this time, I did not know that I’d been getting charged for services I did not want. I messaged him on the 2nd asking to get put on the calendar for the 9th, and he charged me for a session on the 5th again, that I did not ask for. I noticed on the 5th that I’d been getting charged. As I addressed it with Denny he completely disregarded me and told me that it wasn’t his problem even though he put me on the schedule for days I did not ask for. I have been unable to get a refund or access anyone at enjoyco to get this settled. For Denny money is more important than the care of his clients and it is extremely upsetting that my therapist was stealing from me. $450 later of services I did not ask for and I’m leaving this review. Enjoyco has no customer service except for billing and Denny is an outright thief. Hope this helps others with there exploration of therapy. I would never recommend Denny or enjoyco and highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering this company.

I had the privilege of completing my therapy clinical rotation with Carly Samudre at Enjoyco, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. Carly was not only knowledgeable and skilled in her therapeutic approach but also kind, supportive, and patient as a clinical teacher. I learned so much about building rapport, tailoring interventions to each client, and approaching therapy with compassion and intentionality. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to learn from her and highly recommend this site for future PMHNP students. I hope to collaborate with Carly and Enjoyco in the future. She is an amazing therapist, and I would recommend Carly Samudre to any of my future patients who are interested in therapy!
