As a psychologist and fellow ADHDer with neurodivergent kids myself, I deeply appreciate the trainings, support groups, and resources Bobbi Jo offers. Her combination of lived experience and years of hyperfocused learning is invaluable. She truly gets what it’s like to navigate ADHD in real life in parenting, in work, and in everyday challenges. Her approach is practical, relatable, and shame-free. In a world where ADHD is still widely misunderstood, her work offers clarity, validation, and real strategies that actually help.

Bobbi-Jo Molokken of Embrace the Muchness LLC is an incredible resource for all things ADHD! She is a phenomenal educator with a teaching style that is wonderfully warm, engaging, and clear. Her “A Deep Dive into Adult ADHD: A Neurodiversity-Affirming Approach for Mental Health Professionals” is by far one of the most useful trainings I have ever attended and the written materials provided are invaluable. I especially appreciated her presentation of the many elements of executive functioning, how these might present for clients with ADHD, and what clinical adaptations might be most helpful. I have really enjoyed being able to immediately apply these learnings in my work with clients and in my life outside of work as well!
