Dr. Spanier saved me from a complete breakdown a number of years ago. His kind approach & follow up allowed me to resume my life & career. I trusted him completely & I was rewarded. Great wit as well!

Absolutely the best psychiatrist I've ever had, hands down. I've seen so many but he was the first person to believe me and listen to me at a time when I needed it the most. I saw him for many years and he helped me get on medications that improved my life dramatically and work through a lot of things I was going through at the time. Dr. Spanier is incredibly kind, patient, nonjudgemental and stands up for his patients no matter what. It's incredibly rare to get a doctor like him and he absolutely changed my life. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
