Esther is a brilliant and wonderful therapist. I had been seeking therapeutic help on and off for years but never seemed to make major headway. After seeing Esther and committing to at least 6 months of therapy (which turned into a full year), I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I had pretty much resigned myself to believing that I would never find a way to cope with the turmoil that had really sunk itself into my bones. I felt like I was constantly running from one thing to the next just in order to survive but with Esther’s patience and multi-technique approach, I was finally able to reframe how I approached different obstacles and triggers. Although coming to understand my own mental health will always be a lifelong challenge, I now feel much more confident in my own ability to overcome challenges which present themselves and truly find what can make me happy. I truly can’t recommend her enough.
