I've loved my provider but the front desk people here are so incredibly rude and unhelpful. I've been incorrectly scheduled multiple times (now I just have my provider to it) and every time I call I'm treated like an inconvenience. Even trying to update insurance information is not only an arduous process but something that is just too much for the front desk.

Dr. Shah is wonderful. He is really thorough and makes sure he asks all the right questions. I feel like he cares about my child and really wants the best for him. He is quick to respond to messages and is just an overall great provider.
