When you spam me at 3:00 AM for your services, I have no choice but to use your services since my mental health has deteriorated due to the lack of sleep. Your marketing pro needs to re-evaluate their e-mailing policies. The review is not of their service but their e-mailing practices. Just like your doctors are on-call, some of us non-MDs are on-call 24x7 and need to have our notifications active.
