My grandson was referred by his pediatrician since June 2025 spoke with someone in September about why we never received a call or anything was told she would make it TOP PRIORITY for someone to reach out ASAP its been another month gone by and still NOTHING. I keep calling and getting no answer. He is about to have another Dr's appt and I will be asking if there is somewhere else he can go. We are almost in November very sad To your response I have heard that other places have a longer wait list. However when I spoke with one of your employees she said that she was shocked and that its not normal for us to not hear back by now. She seemed genuinely concerned that it has been this long. If she simply said that its normal for the process to take this long or even longer I would've understood and just waited but like I said that was not the case. Anyway we will ask the Dr for further recommendations. Enjoy your evening glad you had time to respond

It’s really hard getting in contact with someone. Whether it’s calls or emails. Professionalism should be to some sort of degree. No communication is very worrisome & just assures me my kid should go elsewhere.
