I’ve booked with Denise several times and 90% of the time I’ve been canceled on with zero explanation. Every time this has happened we’ve confirmed our session together via text that exact day. I then arrive at my appointment at least 5-10 minutes early, ring the bell, and even text her to tell her I am there. She does not respond to either. The first time she had to take her pets to the vet, then she had a flat tire, then she had gotten in an accident (which was entirely valid and the only time I could understand this being excusable), the other few times she’s had no explanation. Today I had an appointment with her after several months, and really needed to see her. I got there 15 minutes early and texted her 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time to which she still has not responded to. It’s been 2 hours. I’ve never dealt with such a high level of unprofessionalism. Especially being in this profession and industry, she honestly should know better and understand the value of other peoples’ time. I will not be going back as I’ve given her too many chances at this point. Highly do not recommend seeing Denise.

If I could give a higher score I would with no doubt! Denise and Helen have been a blessing to our family but specially to our son; he is now able to read and very close to "graduate" from the Barton Reading and Spelling System thanks to Denise and Helen's patience and hard work! I get periodically detailed reports of my son's progress and at the end of every tutoring session they go over what they did. I cannot say enough good things about these ladies and would recommend to any one. We miss going into the office to have the person to person interaction and to see lovely Andre!
