As the owner of a neighboring mental health clinic, I have known and worked with Kelly and her team for many years now. They are always high on our referral list as we have experienced nothing but high quality care and compassion when referring clients to them. We do not ever hesitate to send clients to the therapists at Down to Earth and will continue to do so for years to come.

Original review: Amanda Hancock at Down to Earth Therapy is absolutely wonderful! I couldn't possibly have hoped for a better therapist. Amanda is truly gifted and has made a huge difference for me and for our family. 4 years later: I am now updating my review, I am still working with Amanda, and I would only multiply my appreciation of her by 10X. Since I wrote my original review, I got married to the person for whom we sought relationship counseling with Amanda. I subsequently got divorced a year later. I say this without an ounce of sarcasm: the best part of that marriage was the therapy and the therapeutic relationship with Amanda which resulted. Without the therapeutic work and perspective in that relationship, the turmoil may have been for naught, but instead, Amanda helped me build an elaborate set of useful tools and skills. At the end of the marriage, Amanda became my individual therapist. Through my individual therapy, I have come to know myself much better and also have come to appreciate Amanda's work that much more, and from a new lens. Through every challenge, difficulty and change, Amanda has been there and has offered kindness, an acute ability to listen and empathize, while bringing perspective, insight, and a wealth of knowledge. Amanda is not only a natural in her position, she is also a lifelong student of her craft. Her knowledge of the therapeutic practice and history thereof is both broad and deep. Although the casual observer may see someone who is simply kind, a great listener and offers great advice, in working with Amanda for nearly five years, I know that she brings to the table incredible knowledge and skills that very few in her trade possess. Amanda is a great therapist and a great person.
