Dr. D met me at a pretty low point in my life. I felt that everything was wrong and couldn't climb out of the hole I was in. We were in the midst of covid and I had nobody to turn to. The healing started on a fateful Saturday when I had my first telehealth visit. Dr. D became more than a psychiatrist. He became a trusted friend that I could talk to, cry to and confide in. He helped me find my inner strength. It's been a long journey with lots of stops and starts but I'm moving forward and able to look forward and not backwards. I always felt that I could deal with my own problems without anyone's help. I now realize that, young or old, it's good to have a trusted partner to turn to when things turn bad. It's not weakness to ask for help and I'm glad that I met my friend and partner in healing.

My husband has been going to Dr Ditzel for 25+ years! He likes to refer to himself as Dr DITZEL’s first patient. I have to say, Dr D is so easy to talk to, and the ladies in the office are so sweet and so accommodating with appointments. His hours are open and he’s available around the clock, always just a phone call away! He’s a really great listener and a great motivator.
