To say Tiffany has saved my life would be an understatement. The way she has helped me over the last two years is something I’m forever thankful for. She has given me more courage and strength and self love than ever thought possible. She’s helped me, my marriage, and taught me what safety in a person felt like. As a psychiatric provider in Lexington, I have been so pleased with my own patients experiences at Discover You. My patients find it easy to schedule and have been able to work with therapists through traumatic issues as well as navigate life stressors.
