I’ve been seeing Jillian for help with my anxiety and depression, and it’s made such a big difference. I felt comfortable from day one. She really got what I was going through. What helped me the most was their ability to break things down in a way that actually made sense. They gave me practical tools I could use right away, while also helping me understand the deeper patterns behind my anxiety. I feel calmer, more confident, and more like myself again. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who’s real, caring, and actually helpful.

I have had such a positive experience with DCVA Counseling. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and my therapist made it extremely easy for me to open up at my own speed. Every session felt thought through, while being supportive, however also focused on tools I could really use in my everyday life. I never felt rushed, and they always checked in to make sure I was comfortable with the direction we were going in. I’ve noticed a real difference in my stress levels and overall mindset since starting here. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for compassionate, and reliable care.
