The receptionist Cody needs and deserves a raise for the type of experience we had over the phone. He made me feel not awkward and it was a memorable phone conversation that made my day. Cody was professional and personable all at the same time. He made the relaying back and forth of information not so boring and ordinary. I hope Cody can be promoted for his fluent communication skills with the mental health community.

Shelby’s yoga classes are just delightful!! Her methods are thoughtful, healing & gentle - and the space is so cozy and inviting. I always leave in a state of calm bliss
