I’d say more but don’t want to violate my own privacy! It’s a breath of fresh air here. I’ve done a lot of therapy over the years as a patient and I’m so glad to find someone here with whom I vibe. Looking forward to doing the work and continued healing and growth.

I am currently in between a rock and a hard place, I have many different issues effecting my current Mental Health, after my first assessment with Shelby Silvey, unfortunately I was not a perfect fit with her. Even though it wasn't a perfect fit, I honestly and truly believe she is one of the sweetest and compassionate therapists, I've recently meet. She is caring, and will help her clients with the tools to assist in helping her patients.
