Could not recommend Travis enough. He's helped me grow and learn about myself in ways I didn't know were possible. I faced a severe climbing injury a couple years ago as well as other challenging obstacles that come with life and I don't believe I could've navigated it without Travis' help. He's personable, highly intelligent, patient, and overall an incredible ACT therapist.

Dr. Stratford, helped me navigate an unexpected health crisis my wife underwent recently. I am an average person who met overwhelming stress head on and needed someone to help me cope and maintain rational thinking at a very difficult time. Dr. Strarford, provided a level of guidance that made this stressful time manageable. I am grateful for his help.
