I have been seeing Kelly Jianas as my therapist for over a year and she has shifted and changed my life for the better! She has helped me accomplish so much more with myself within the timespan I’ve been going to her than before I went to her. Finding the right therapist is hard, but I’m so lucky to have found Kelly when I did. I clicked with her from the very beginning! She never fails to make me feel safe and understood. I finally feel heard and seen and that alone has benefited me tremendously! Overall an amazing experience with her and I highly recommend!

Kelly is empathetic, patient, and nonjudgmental. I am thankful for the time we spent together and the valuable tools that she taught me! She was an incredible help while I was exploring my faith and dealing with trauma surrounding religion. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone who struggles with trauma!
