Would gladly recommend their services. Counseling services are wonderful, and billing helped me through a huge interruption in care when I switched insurance - they researched state regulations and found part of the Revised Code that helped me get coverage on my new insurance plan. Great staff!

charged my family for bills their staff didn't even understand and kept me from medical access for months. even sent bills to collections we never got in the mail once. terrible place.
