The relationship you have with yourself and your family are the two most important in my opinion. The therapists at Coastal Wellness have helped improve my relationship with myself and my family. I was faced with a choice; do the work and make the change or not. No therapist can make that choice or do the work for you. They can, however, help guide you if your mind and heart are open. The stigma that surrounds being 'in therapy' should now be a thing of the past. Therapy is a tool that can improve your quality of life. I believe everyone can benefit from professional therapy.
