I was fortunate enough to participate in ADHD coaching with Kelly. She was wonderful! Kind, informed, helpful and effective. I was able to reach her when I needed, even outside of meeting times, and was able to achieve the things I was wanting help with. I highly recommend the coaching, and specifically, with Kelly!

Coach Kelly was such a blessing to me over these past few weeks! She is knowledgeable and well trained, as well as a wonderful person. She gave me valuable feedback and equipped me with some new tools/skills to help me (finally!!) make progress where my ADHD challenges had kept me stalled out and discouraged. I took notes on our sessions and she also sent me her notes from our sessions. Her accessibility, accountability, encouragement, and wisdom were well worth the time, money, and effort spent for CWB. I highly recommend this organization for ADHD coaching!
