This place has a bad reputation. They are very unorganized with their employees. Worst place to work for!!!! No specific person to call if you need anything. They have you take lots of training ect and pay so little. The staff at some la Mesa/ spring valley school district treat the tutors so mean. They have you waiting around and refuse to sign your timesheet!!! Please do not work here. Its a waste of time!!!

Club Xcite has been instrumental in helping our son improve his executive function skills. Our son has a cognitive processing delay due to traumatic brain injury, and executive function coaching was recommended by his neurologist and neuropsychologist as a means to help him achieve greater academic success. Our son’s Club Xcite tutor, Stephanie, has done an amazing job of helping our son improve his executive function skills, as well as his confidence and overall academic performance. Club Xcite has a great leadership team and friendly, responsive customer service. Our family highly recommends this company.
